We showed support for our troops by making care packages for them that represented our festival. We then delievered the packages to the troops in Abbeville.

Gonzales Jambalaya Pageant
We recently attended the Jambalaya pageant in Gonzales where we particapated in a mini Jambalaya cook off. For never cooking a jambalaya before we really did a great job and had lots of fun!!
Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival
We then attended the Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival where we enjoyed some good music, rides, and even a little tree cutting contest.

Louisiana Crawfish Festival - Chalmette,LA
We Visited the La. Crawfish Festival in Chalmette, La where we also judged our first pageant. We helped select 8 queens and 2 kings for their annual Children's pageant held on the festival grounds.

Children's Miracle Network Fishing Tournament - St. James Boat Club
Cherish, Victoria, Lacey Minchew - Miss Louisiana USA, and Rebecca Brock - Teen Miss St. James Parish at the Children's Miracle Network Fishing Tournament and Cook-Off at the St. James Boat Club.
Washington Catfish Festival
We got lost on the way to Washington, we were really in the middle of no where.
We finally made it to Washington and had to stop and take a picture to prove it.
We made umbrellas to represent the Festival of the Bonfires.............. Here we are with the ones we made.
Thibodaux Mardi Gras Parade
To celebrate the biggest festival in Louisiana, Victoria and Cherish rode in the Thibodaux Mardi Gras Parade the Sunday before Mardi Gras.
